What is Spashta and how does it work?

Spashta is a daily clarity app with three short check-ins: a morning session to set your intention, a midday check-in to stay on track, and an evening reflection to close the day. Each session takes about three minutes. The goal is one small, honest promise per day — not a to-do list.

I can’t log in. What should I do?

Make sure you’re using the username and password you signed up with — Spashta does not use email for login. If you’ve forgotten your password, email us at hello@spashta.app with your username and we’ll help you reset it manually.

I’m not receiving notifications.

Go to your phone’s Settings, find Spashta, and confirm that notifications are allowed. On Android, also check that battery optimisation is not set to “Restricted” for Spashta — this can prevent scheduled reminders from firing. If notifications are enabled and still not arriving, email us.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open the app, tap the menu icon in the top-right corner of the home screen, and select “Delete account.” This permanently removes your account and all associated data from our servers. It cannot be undone. If you’re unable to access the app, email hello@spashta.app and we will delete your data manually within 7 days.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your check-ins are stored on secure servers and are never shared with third parties, used for advertising, or sold. You can read the full details in our Privacy Policy.

Does Spashta cost anything?

Spashta is free to download and use. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no hidden charges.

The app is slow to load or shows a connection error.

Spashta’s server may take up to 30 seconds to wake up if it hasn’t been used recently — this is normal. Wait a moment and try again. If the issue persists for more than a few minutes, email us at hello@spashta.app.
